Consultation Agreement

The Consultation Agreement is made on (the date of booking) between Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) Huihui Liu (the “RCIC”), Licensee Number R708000 and Client (the person who books).

The Consultation is to be held via video conferencing(Zoom, Teams, or Wechat Video) on the day of (the intended consultation date) for a duration of 1 hour. The client is obliged to pay consultation fee during booking. The consultation fee is l
isted on the website. 

This Consultation Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions of a General Consultation between Huihui Liu, RCIC, (“we” or “us”) and the undersigned Client (“you”):


Terms and conditions

1.Purpose of Consultation
(a)to learn about you and your particular immigration situation based on the information you provide, which may include one or more aspects of the Canadian immigration process and related procedures;
(b)to answer your questions to the best of our ability;
(c)to identify your options and, to the extent possible, analyze th
e costs and benefits of those alternatives;
(d)to help you determine your course of action, if any;
(e)to determine the next steps in the process, as appropriate

2.Cancelation policy
In any case where the Client is unable to attend with notice given 48 hours less than the schedu
led date, the fee is not refundable. Unless due to emergency, the consultation date shall be rescheduled with the consents between both parties. If the notice to cancel is given more than 48 hours earlier than the scheduled date, the consultation fee less administrative fee of $50 will be refunded.

3.Confidentiality
All information and documentation reviewed by the RCIC, required by IRCC and all other governing bodies, and used for the preparation of the application will not be divulged to any third party, other than agents and employees, without prior consent, except as demanded by law. The RCIC, and all agents and employees of the RCIC, are also bound by the confidentiality requirements of Article 8.1 of the Code of Professional Ethics. The Client agrees to the use of electronic communication and storage of confidential information. The RCIC will use his/her best efforts to maintain a high degree of security for electronic communication and information storage.

4.You agree to the terms and conditions below:
(a)Huihui Liu is NOT my full immigration representative at this time. At this time, I am only seeking her advice about my Canadian immigration matters.(b)She will NOT be responsible for any changes, additions or deletions I make to any immigration application AFTER this consultation has been completed.
(c)After this consultation is concluded, Huihui Liu is NOT obligated to advise me of any changes to immigration programs that may impact my profile and/or my eligibility in any program of immigration.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws in effect in the province of British Columbia, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
Please be advised that HUIHUI LIU is a member in good standing of College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC), and as such, is bound by its By-law, Code of Professional Ethics, and Regulations.
