Goodland Immigration Consulting Services was founded by Huihui Liu with the desire to provide honest, ethical, professional and competent immigration consulting services for those who want to make Canada home. Huihui Liu arrived in Canada in 2013 as an international student after two study permit refusals, became a permanent resident under Federal Skilled Worker Class through Express Entry in 2016, and became a Canadian Citizen in 2019. As an immigrant herself who went through study and immigration path, she sympathizes with immigrants, and wishes to provide professional help in their journeys to settle in Canada.

She attended the Immigration Practitioner Program at University of British Columbia in Vancouver to be trained in the immigration laws and policies. Then, she took the Entry-to-Practice exam administered by ICCRC (Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council), now a new regulator CICC(College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants) and started her career as a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant-IRB (RCIC-IRB). She can represent clients in front of Immigration and Refugee Board.
